A sewage backup isn't a job for a mop and bucket. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE, classify the contamination, and follow IICRC S500 blackwater protocols from the first step.

Containment goes up before extraction starts, because the goal on a contamination job isn't just removing the water, it's making sure the contamination doesn't spread to rooms that were never affected.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room sewage cleanup call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate sewage cleanup specialist will have them ready.
Every sewage job follows documented contamination standards, not an improvised cleanup approach.
Technicians suit up in full protective gear before entering a contaminated area.
Disposal documentation is provided as part of the job record.
Sewage backups get priority dispatch given the health risk involved.
We don't treat sewage cleanup as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Water gets classified as Category 3 blackwater on arrival, which sets the entire response protocol.
We extract with full PPE and controlled disposal of extracted contaminated water.
Carpet, pad, and drywall that contacted blackwater almost always require removal rather than drying in place.
Every surface that had contact with contaminated water gets disinfected with hospital-grade antimicrobial treatment.
We address the contamination causing the odor rather than just deploying an air freshener.
We verify the space meets a safe standard before calling the job complete.
This is the same sequence every sewage cleanup job follows, regardless of size.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Sewage Cleanup need, not a voicemail system.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Sewage Cleanup jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"They didn't rush the disinfection step even though it clearly slowed the job down."
Andre P., Moreno Valley"A main line backup hit our laundry room and they explained exactly why the flooring had to go."
Naomi F., Moreno Valley"The odor was completely gone after their disinfection process, not just covered up."
Katrina L., Moreno Valley"Our crawl space took a sewage backup and they treated it with the same containment protocol as a finished room."
Preston G., Moreno Valley"Disposal documentation came through clean and organized for our property records."
Victor N., Moreno Valley"A backup in our restaurant kitchen got same-day response given the health code concerns, and they understood the urgency immediately."
Grace T., Moreno ValleyThese are the questions we hear most often about sewage cleanup, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our sewage cleanup coverage spans 92551 92553 92555 92557 92552 92554 92556, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Moreno Valley address isn't treated as a lower priority for sewage cleanup.
